We all have those days that just starts off incredibly sucky and you just want to curl up in bed and hope to just sleep and start over. I wish that a lot as we tend to focus on the bad and negative things that seems to be huge instead of focusing on the more positive things things that seems microscopic compared to that one little bad thing that 'ruined your whole day'.
I have had trouble with such a thing for so long that it caused me to fall into depression and just flat out become a very unhappy person day in and day out. That is till one day I was reading posts on my favorite beauty guru and inspirer Bubzbeauty.
If we focus more on the seemingly microscopic positive things in turn the more you look at them the bigger they become and before you know it that rude little comment, your flat tire, or just waking up in a horrible way seems to be a tiny speck of paint compared to the big picture.
I have read a lot of her posts and she does make a lot of good points when it comes to being positive and pushing away the negative.
If you stop and think about how good you have it you'll realize not a lot of people even have the luxury of a car, or anyone to talk to, or don't even have the blessing to wake up to see another day. Count your blessings cause even the tiniest counts.
Don't sweat the little stuff or take them for granted because there is more to see than that misplaced little drop of paint, there's a whole beautiful image to admire.
