Worry About The Now

Being asked what you want to be as a kid was a typical every day question that you never think twice about.

'I want to be a doctor!'

'I want to be a model!'

Or in my case, 'I want to be an artist!'

Growing up our answered changed or remained the same no matter what but the older we get that question that seemed so simple became a bit difficult each time. In time as we grow older our world changes as we see and learn more each day in the fast lane time.

Today in society the biggest thing we seem to worry about is the future with the faster growing rates of technology. We concentrate so much on what we have to do tomorrow, later in in the week, a month from now that we simply throw away the now.

Sometimes it's best to reflect on the present on the accomplishments we have accomplished and reflect on the now.

Like what was your most favorite part of the day? Did you eat something delicious today? Think about everything you have done that day from the moment you woke up till now.

Sometimes we all need to slow down and savor the now like a fine dish. Take your time and cherish each moment as if it were gold. Slow down and don't forget to breathe I find m because tomorrow is never promised so enjoy the now while you can.
